Munchies Store Product Terms & Conditions

Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which Munchies makes the products available to you ("Product Terms").

Prices & VAT

All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable to the date & time of your delivery. The service charge will be unchanged despite VAT increases.


If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. Please note that we will attempt to call you to inform you of the issue if this should arise and can offer a replacement item to the same value or a refund to the amount payable in the manner paid.

Although we will always try to cater for your orders, an order of large quantities of a line can only be fulfilled at the discretion of the store. For example, if you were to make an order of 10 tubs of ice-cream which would use up all that store's stock, the store may only deliver 5 tubs.


Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is only formed when we notify you that we have despatched your order or the order is paid for. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you. The company similarly reserves the right to refuse customers who are on the barred list and have been informed of this.

To ensure availability of all our products customers may be limited to a maximum number of items.


Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form and carries a typical charge of £1 however during peak events such as New Years Eve this may be increased as a manner of surge pricing. We will make this clear on our website before you place an order with us.

We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. At your request, our driver may carry your order into the delivery address, for example, to a particular floor in an apartment block or into your kitchen but only if: a. the driver has your permission and b. our driver believes that it is safe and practical to do as you request. We always reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance of the delivery address.

Please note that we deliver goods only to specified regions within the United Kingdom. The Norwich branch covers postcode NR1-NR7 as standard but can be requested to deliver elsewhere, however an increased minimum spend and delivery fee will apply calculated at the managers discretion. You will be informed of this before we enter into a contract with you.

Delivery times will be within an hour from the placement of your order unless a specific time is selected at checkout. In this case delivery will be within an hour of your newly selected time.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Peace of mind when you change yours…

We’d like you to be happy with everything you purchase from Munchies. Should you change your mind about your purchase, please return the product with your proof of purchase, within 14 days and we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund.

We ask that perishable food items are returned within their use by date.

Please note, that we may not provide you with a full refund if you have handled the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. An example of this would be opening packets or actions that would render the product unsellable.

When you return goods

You can return faulty or change of mind goods to the delivery driver or call us on 01603 336001. When you return the goods to us, please also let us have all the original packaging, tags, labels and any accessories You will need to take reasonable care of item(s) whilst they are in your possession (reasonable care includes inspecting an item, but would not extend to your opening and/or using it).

Receiving your refund

If you've handed the item(s) back to the delivery driver, we'll arrange for a refund.

  • By credit or debit card - Your money will go back onto the same card. Allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.
  • Discount codes - We'll give you the equivalent value in discount codes.
  • Cash - We'll give you the equivalent in cash.
  • If your item was purchased at an offer price, your refund will be based on that promotional price.

The legal bits…

Our refund policy is in addition to and does not affect your legal rights to return faulty products after the period covered by Our Promise. The simplest way to return your items is as mentioned above, but you can also tell us you’ve changed your mind by giving us a call on 01603 336001 , emailing us at or direct message via the facebook page.


You can cancel or change any of your current orders up until the amendment cut off point which is 15 minutes after the placement of your order or 30 minutes before your specified delivery time. You can make changes to your order by calling us on 01603 336001 or direct messaging us on facebook.


You can pay by all major credit and debit cards via the website or alternatively give us a call on 01603 336001 to pay by cash on delivery.

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.


These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.

If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
